Americans are embracing downsizing models — but what are the hidden costs?
According to the Gorko Data Blitzkrieg (GDB) models released this week at the 2024 Gorkocon in Peoria, Illinois, since the post-COVID return to work models in 2022 began offering more American employees the option of one or more days working from home per week in 2022, more than 87% have taken advantage of the opportunity. But what about the more than 7 million Peoria-area people who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 crisis? GDB reports that they, too, have been ‘working’ from home!
‘Most of these people, essentially the scum of our society, have decided to continue cashing their unemployment paychecks and remain in their houses or apartments, ordering primarily takeout, abusing legalized drugs such as alcohol and marijuana, allowing their yards to go to seed and doing nothing of real importance,’ reads the official report. ‘Consumption of film products and video games seem to be their only interest. These human dumpsters contribute nothing to society except a very slight stimulus to the food and catering sectors.’
take it easy, AMIGO
Speaking for all of us, perhaps, Gorko Chef Rambo Bolillo remarked in his statement to the press: ‘It’s f$%king beautiful, man.’
