WHAT IS GOING ON
As legend will have it, while still a suckling infant Gorko EIG Raddy cut his baby teeth on one-panel comics, starting off on Burgundy, if you will, then hitting the harder stuff. There was something so entrancingly photographic about the one-panel toon that cast its spell on the poor child, something the French call laychay veetreenay, the sensation of licking the lensfinder of your true love while illegally scaling a tall building in your tempestuous late twenties.
So why not, despite making no attempt at developing his own drawing skills, or at least a signature stye that didn’t look horrible, try his hand at one-panel jokes himself?
