The Gift for The Weakest
(for Iryna Somkina)
Imagining a six year old,
In a pool of their own tears,
Trying to comprehend the pleasure and pain,
Of the fox and boar,
Who had no sympathy for the small,
And after viewing,
would wake up each morning,
Checking the post,
For a lion to come save them all,
Delivered by cinema magic,
‘It would not be fair.. not fair.
For I have to suffer in their place,
Because I am the weakest.’
So this is because Iryna shared that this film made her cry at six years old on Twitter to me and others. https://geo.dailymotion.com/player.html?video=x10hcw1
