A ROSE BY ANY OTHER NAME PROBABLY A TULIP OR A MARIGOLD

According to local horticultural expert Biddy Lewis, a rose by any other name is most likely a completely different flower.

‘What you are probably talking about if the flower is not called a rose, is in fact a tulip or a marigold,’ the petal petter about town informed The Gorko as she signed for her veggie pizza. ‘That would be the most plausible explanation for it not being called a rose.’

Biddy’s front porch is completely filled with planters in which she is raising different kinds of flowers, none of them known as rose.
