The baby in question was seen at the Peoria Petting Zoo this past Saturday at the Goat Corral. He was so delighted to have the popular five-month kid billy Socks nibble goat feed from his outstretched baby hand that, according to witnesses, he literally took flight in his diaper, circled the petting zoo enclosure three times in the air, and returned with just a slight bump to his mother’s outstretched arms.
One eyewitness, Ruby Jane Fochs, who was in for the weekend from Nigel, Illinois taking in the big city lights, said, ‘That baby was flying higher than Brian Wilson on the cover of Pet Sounds.’
What goats will do to babies is no longer a matter of mere speculation. We now have evidence from babies in our own town that we are over the moon for goats!
Brian is of course second from the left in the iconic studio album by the Beach Boys. This reporter considers the most over the moon Beach Boy on this cover, however, to be Al Jardine. Look at how he is about to take flight out of pure joy!
