A new study by the Mars Habitability Project (MHP), a thinktank that has focused on determining quality of life and general livability of the Red Planet, appears to be advocating a very surprising position, namely that parents have a social and moral obligation to take their babies to Mars.
‘If parents can go to Mars, then they definitely need to take their babies with them,’ said Nadira, lead MHP researcher and local child. She said, ‘I mean, think about it, it just makes sense.’
The diminutive scientist said she would also like to experience drinking her own pee, someday.
‘Yes it is a barren, inhospitable environment for babies,’ she concluded, ‘but I say parents should go for it.’
No other actual babies were available for comment.
